LandSmith Development is a Utah-based land development consulting and project management firm with deep roots in excavation and site work. We were built on hands-on field experience — the kind that comes from actually running equipment, installing pipe, and finishing sites, not just reading reports.
Through our close alignment with a family-owned excavation company, LandSmith can do what most consultants can't: self-perform the work. Our crews bring technical capabilities well beyond traditional contractors, giving owners and developers a single accountable partner from planning through final grade.
